☆火曜日と水曜日：ふたば小学校練習　19：30-　全てのレベルが合同で練習を行います。

☆週末練習：清新町コミュニテイ会館 Weekend class: Seishin-cho community kaikan

　１）白帯と黄帯　初心者レベル White and yellow belt level Beginner’s class

　２）緑帯以上レベル　大人 Green belt and above level and adults

※　週末練習は二部に分けて練習を行います。
